Welcome to Neravine. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and the purchase of services, infoproducts, and goods provided by Neravine. By accessing or purchasing any offering from Neravine in 2025, you agree to these terms in full.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order with Neravine, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all services and products offered at neravina.com.

2. Service Engagements

Our core services encompass custom enterprise software development, including design, coding, testing, and deployment of applications tailored to your requirements. Each engagement is defined in a statement of work or project proposal.

2.1 Scope and Commencement

Services commence upon mutual acceptance of the project proposal and receipt of any required initial purchase installment. Timelines and milestones will be documented in the project plan.

2.2 Reimbursement for Services

Due to the bespoke nature of custom development, once work has begun or any deliverable has been provided, the service is not eligible for reimbursement. If you cancel before the start date documented in the project plan, Neravine will reimburse all funds paid for that engagement within ten business days of cancellation.

2.3 Transfer of Service Engagement

You may request a transfer of an unstarted service engagement to another legal entity or project owner. To initiate a transfer, please contact us. The new party must agree to the original terms, scope, and timeline.

3. Infoproducts

Infoproducts include digital guides, templates, and training materials delivered electronically. Access is granted immediately upon purchase.

3.1 Reimbursement for Infoproducts

If you request a reimbursement within fourteen calendar days of purchase and have not downloaded or accessed any digital material, Neravine will reimburse the full amount received. To request a reimbursement, please contact us within the fourteen-day period. No reimbursements will be processed after this period.

4. Goods

Goods include physical merchandise associated with the Neravine brand. Upon delivery, you have thirty calendar days to ship back items in original condition for a reimbursement or for a replacement item of equal value.

4.1 Shipping Back Goods

Customers are responsible for shipping costs when sending back goods. Neravine recommends using a trackable shipping service. Once the goods are received and inspected, Neravine will process the reimbursement or send the replacement item.

5. Reimbursement Process

All reimbursements will be issued to the original payment method within ten business days of approval. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider. Alternatively, you may request a credit note toward future Neravine services; please specify this preference in your inquiry.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, code, documentation, and materials created by Neravine remain the intellectual property of Neravine unless otherwise agreed in writing. Upon full settlement of fees, you receive a nonexclusive, worldwide license to use deliverables for your internal business operations.

7. Limitation of Liability

Neravine’s total liability arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Service shall not exceed the total amounts paid by you for the specific service or product giving rise to the claim.
